Pet Policy
Our standard pet fee is $400 for your first pet, and an additional $100 for the second. There is an additional $20 per month pet rent. Pets up to 45lbs are welcome in any apartment, while pets from 46 to 100lbs are welcome in first floor apartments. We will be happy to set up a payment plan for your pet fee if necessary!
